At Jon's Canvas, each artwork is custom-made by our artists, just for you and your pet. Because of the personalized nature of our service, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

  1. We offer full refunds only if the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, our artists will have already started working on your portrait, and you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
  2. If you're unhappy with the preview and choose not to proceed with canvas printing, you may qualify for a partial refund. A cancellation fee of 30% of the order total or $80 USD (whichever is higher) will apply to cover time, labor, and resources already used.
  3. This policy does not apply to digital artwork-only purchases (this service is not yet available).
  4. If your canvas arrives damaged — including issues with the canvas itself or the frame — you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
  5. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or replacements beyond this 14-day window.
  6. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose; If due to our reasons the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
